Carnations Linocut Print – January Birth Flower

This is an original linocut print of Carnation flowers in beautiful Magenta pink.

January birth flower, Carnation symbolises mother’s eternal love in Victorian language of Flowers.
These days, the beautiful flower represents love, devotion, and fascination. Carnation meaning also varies depending on the colour – Pink symbolises gratitude!

This artwork is designed, carved onto a linoleum plate and hand printed by myself. Limited edition, each print is numbered, titled and signed.
Printed on high quality cotton paper using professional, non-toxic (vegetable) oil-based ink.

Overall paper size is 7.5” x 5.5” and print image size approximately 6” x 4”. It will fit nicely in a 7″ x 5″ aperture picture frame.

As prints are handmade and due to the nature of linocut, there will be chatter marks, slight variations in colour and pressures, making each print extra special.

* Please note that colours may vary slightly from screen display.
* Listing is for print only, the frame is not included.
* Copyright of the artwork remains to the artist Grace Wong.
